Family/Multiple Class Discount

There is a 10% Discount for additional siblings of the immediate family or for students enrolled in multiple programs at Villa West Dance and Acrobatics! This does not include private lessons or coaches fees. Promotion excludes Unlimited Tuition participants.



REGISTRATION

There is a $35 Registration Fee that is to be paid when you enroll and must be renewed every September. One Family Registration Fee applies to ALL programs at Villa West Dance and Acrobatics! This non-returnable fee covers the cost of registering and maintaining your family in our records and reserves your place in class(es).

Payment for classes are due at the time of Registration. This enables us to keep a more accurate count of how many students are enrolled for each class without overbooking classes.

Reservation of class space due to late start is full registration fee and half of regular tuition per month.

** PLEASE NOTE: Acrobatic Gymnastic classes require an additional USAG annual membership fee per athlete. (non-competitive athletes $15/annually, competitive athletes $49/annually).


PAYMENT POLICIES

All classes must be paid for in advance! Tuition is billed monthly not weekly and is not dependent on the number of times a class appears in a given month. Tuition will not be pro-rated for scheduled holidays or absences.

Tuition is due the 1st of every month and considered late after the 10th of the month. A $10.00 late fee applies to all monthly tuition not paid by the 10th of each month.

If payment is not made by the 1st of the following month, that class spot may be given to the next child on the waiting list.


Payment can be made in person by cash, check Visa and MasterCard. Or we can set your account for automatic payments (Auto Pay) via your credit card on the first day of each month. You are not permitted to carry balances over from month to month. By signing your child up for classes at Villa West Dance and Acrobatics, LLC you agree to the above payment policy.


Checks should be made payable to Villa West and please note the student's name, the program, class day and the time on the memo portion of your check. A $25 fee (and any additional court costs if necessary) will be assessed on all returned checks.
